We will not be left behind and TakoDefi will open its facilities in the beloved Polygon network! ✨ What does this mean? Keep reading.
Polygon? What is that?
Polygon (also known as Matic) is a protocol and a framework for building and connecting Ethereum-compatible blockchain networks.
In short, it is a network based on Ethereum, similar to BSC but that has some benefits that are only found there, like:
- Really small fees (~$0.0001 USD) 😱
- Faster tx (~2,1 blocks per second)
- New and emerging technologies 🚀
In this network the native token is $MATIC so you will see it more often
How will it be done?
The first thing we are going to do is make $TAKO our native currency of the farms into a multichain token, that means that the value of $TAKO will be similar between the two networks and the supply will be shared.
With $TAKO in the two networks in the first instance we will open new farms in Polygon, to gradually add the functionalities that already exist in BSC such as vaults and $INKU token 🚀
To make the bridge between the two networks we will have the help of AnySwap, a platform that allows the exchange of tokens in different networks, this will be similar to what ApeSwap did
When?
This is the hardest thing to tell, but we will do our best to meet the dates
- Friday June 25th — Bridge internal testing 🤓
- Between Friday 25th and Saturday 26th — Official opening of bridge ✨
- Sunday 26th — Farming starts in Polygon +👨🏻🚀
+It could move one day if the bridge doesn’t come out on time
